A fall, whether metaphorically or literally, always hurts.

Sometimes reaching for height is the easy part, but, putting up against the gravity of excessive pride, overconfidence and overwork is difficult.

If you fall to the ground, instead of bogging down with feelings of excessive repentance and remorse, you should do a thorough introspection.

In introspection, you should identify the mistakes that led to the fall, gather courage and resume the ascent towards the glory.

It should be remembered that if a fall can be difficult, the jump from a great height is also greater.
